Hello review from a south african and french. we overall really loved the stay here. the location of this hotel is very central to getting around kochi area and this was important for us. jaylaksmi is very near by for shopping. also metro and ferrry and shopping mall! the food was super super duper. the two reasons we came back was for the food, location and hospitality of the reception staff!

Location was great right in the middle of town. Hotel was clean and well run. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I got a room on a higher floor which gave a nice view towards MG road as well.

The staff is lovely, Vipin on the reception has been the kindest since the start to end of my stay, he deserves a raise. The rooms were clean, they were very quick with room service and lovely throughout. I’ve been here before and I’ll prefer staying here whenever I visit kochi, specially on work trips.

This is a fantastic property, right next to MG road the main shopping center. Till now they have very well maintained the property. We did not avail the complimentary breakfast but they did give croissants and butter for my kid. The room service has been quick and effective, we got the ironing board as soon as we requested it. The bathrooms are neat, the AC is efficient. Room cools down very well. Obviously if you are looking for lawns and pool and views then this is not the place. But if you are looking for convenient, safe stay, close to the shopping district it is absolutely good. Previously we used to stay a little away from the city in larger hotels but in Kochi we ended up traveling the city and did not avail of the in-hotel facilities. So we have decided to stay in such smaller city hotels. We need a safe, convenient, neat and helpful place to stay and this hotel provided that.

Located close to the center. Marine drive and Broadway were at walk-able distance. Rooms were spacious with reading table and wardrobes. Enjoyed the food and service.

The location is brilliant, bang on MG road. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom was clean as was the hotel in general. The staff on night duty was even more helpful and very polite. They tried to go out of their way to help with some issues we were facing. The hotel was walking distance from some great restaurants, movie halls and shopping malls.

I was at The Trios for a media related project. The booking was for 7 days. As a solo traveller, I am always skeptical about the safety, hygiene and service by the hotel staffs' during my trips. I was quite impressed from day 1 as the staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The staff also comprised of trainees, who were stupendous in their assigned roles and demonstrated their expertise in the flawless customer service. I would like to thank each and everyone at The Trios for your extra effort to make my stay comfortable and peaceful. I would also like to mention some names Agnus & Farsiya - Front office day shift. Jafeel - Front office night shift. Ashik - Maintenane Krishna Priya - Housekeeping Sreelakshmi & Soffi - F&B Service Another cherry 🍒 on top of the cake is, the entire team always smile, the genuine 'dil se' one. All the better than the best to the entire team from The Trios and special thanks to the captain of the ship - Ranjithlal. I highly recommend your facility, The Trios, for family, friends, couples, solo travellers... The Trios - Led by A Stupendous Group of Smiling Souls 💪🏼😍

The location was great. Just a few steps from MG road and the hotel is new and mostly very modern

I loved the huge picture window, looking out at life in India. I liked the choice of breakfast items and the fresh squeezed juice. I enjoyed talking with Rajesh and I liked the other staff.
